Coping with Loss
The loss of a baby often has a powerful effect on the parents and others close to the situation. Parents and loved ones need time to grieve. Feelings of sadness might be intense, but they will only be temporary. No matter how much it hurts now, keep in mind that you will begin to feel better in the future. Until then, take your time as you unpack your feelings.
Dealing with Grief
Grief is the combination of feelings you experience when you have suffered the death of a loved one. During the hardest times, you might not want to leave your house or even get out of bed. But eventually, as you progress through the stages, you will feel better and be able to move on. Here are the five stages of grief:

Silver Linings is a group where individuals experiencing a similar loss listen and support one another through the stages of grief, healing, and closure. This group provides support for anyone who has had a miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death. Topics include:
